Ballet Shoes

Here are some of the things I have been working on this week.

I have had three orders for "copper" colored items this week...then I read that copper was going to be a "hot " color for summer!! I must be old..I just can't see it!

Will you wear copper this summer or wait for fall?

Hugs and happy day to you all

  1. I am not a copper fan any time of year really--but if I did wear it it would be fall:) I do love those ballet slippers--so feminine and sweet. Something like that I enjoy all seasons! Beautiful work as always:)

  3. Maybe copper makes you look tan?!?! I love the ballet shoes and can just see a sweet flower girl prancing around in them.

  6. Dearest Dana,

As always, splendid looking pieces you created! The copper tones will indeed look nice on an olive tanned skin... Summer is a great season for wearing a variety of colors.
Enjoy a great weekend and love to you,

  7. How beautiful! I absolutely LOVE these ballet shoes!
I collect vintage ballet dresses, costumes and shoes. I have had these in my Etsy cart for quite some time. I just have to have a pair. I keep thinking I will make me a pair but so far haven't found the time. I need to make my purchase. What a beautiful addition they will be to my collection.
    Best,

  10. Copper is a fall color for me. Love your shoes. How do you attach them---do you glue or sew?
